“If you fight to tell the truth your actions will be vindicated. This court dismissal is why I maintain my belief in the judicial system. I also uphold my confidence that the men and women of this agency strive to attain the highest degree of ethical behavior and professional conduct at all times,” Said Sheriff Leo Samaniego, El Paso County, Texas.
“I hope in all fairness to the Sheriff’s Office, the media will cover this court outcome with the same tenacity and bold headlines as they did when the lawsuit was presented,” said Chief Deputy Jimmy Apodaca, El Paso County Sheriff’s Office.
