UPDATE: Children have been found in Juarez, Mexico. Arrangements are being made now to retrieve children at one of the local ports of entry.

Gaspar and Rodarte (sister & brother) reportedly left home in an attempt to visit a relative in Juarez.
Motorist’s calls the El Paso County Sheriff’s regarding children in the roadway around 6:30 AM. Deputies dispatched to an area off of Darrington Rd. in Horizon City, Texas. Deputies were unable to locate the children. Another caller says children on the roadway near Lago Seco. Deputies continue to look for children. Third caller says two children spotted at a convenience store in Horizon City, Texas. Deputies respond and determine the children reportedly left the area after collecting some money from a motorist and purchasing some food.
It is unknown if the children entered the vehicle. Investigation continues.
