El Paso County Sheriff’s Office- Deputy Jesus (Jesse) Tovar is the main point of contact for the news media effective March 14, 2008. 

Deputy Tovar is assigned to the Public Information Office until further notice.

He will be assisted in that capacity by Deputy Eduardo (Eddie) Placencia.
