Information:
Over the weekend, on 04-25-08 at 4:10 am, Sheriff Deputies were dispatched to the 700 block of Paseo Sereno in far east El Paso County, Texas in reference to a call of suspicious subjects seen in the area attempting to break into vehicles. Responding Deputies arrived to Paseo Sereno and observed subjects in a driveway of the home hiding between the vehicles parked there. Upon seeing Sheriff's Deputies, the subjects immediately ran to the back yard of the residence attempting to elude authorities. Deputies immediately gave chase on foot and began to search the area. The subjects were found hiding in an irrigation reservoir pit.
After conducting a brief investigation, it was discovered that the subjects had burglarized one of the vehicles in the driveway where they were initially spotted. A 2003 Chevrolet Avalanche had been broken into, some of the items stolen included a DVD / Stereo system.
The subjects were arrested for Evading Arrest / Detention & Burglary of a Vehicle.
Both were identified as : Jonathan Moises Ramirez (DOB: 06-01-90) from east El Paso and Carlos Fabian Martinez (DOB: 01-20-90) from east El Paso. Both were

1.) Burglary of a Vehicle-$3000 Bond
2.) Evading Arrest / Detention- $500 bond
Carlos Fabian Martinez (DOB: 01-20-90)
Charge:
1.) Burglary of a Vehicle-$3000 Bond
2.) Evading Arrest / Detention- $500 bond
Both subjects are currently out on Bond.
An investigation continues.
