WHY: Arrests Made
INFORMATION:
The El Paso County Sheriff's Office Upper Valley Patrol section executed several warrants earlier this week. From 07-15 thru 07-16-08 (24hrs), Upper Valley Sheriff Deputies arrested 10 individuals for various outstanding SO criminal warrants ranging from misdemeanors to felonies. Among the individuals arrested were:
Moises Guerrero (26) of the 900 block of Zinn, Westway, TX
Charges:
- Aggravated Robbery (Bench Warrant) - $10,000 Bond
- Obstruction or Retaliation (Bench Warrant) - $10,000 Bond
Steve Saavedra (43) of the 7100 block of Norma Canutillo, TX
Charges:
- Driving While Intoxicated - $750 Bond
- Resisting Arrest- $600 Bond
- 1 traffic warrant- $184.60 Fine
Rosa Pacheco (48) of the 1100 block of Tiffany, Canutillo, TX
Charge:
- Assault causing Bodily Injury (Family Violence)- $2,500 Bond
Martin Martinez (20) of 1400 block of Coach Westway, TX
Charges:
- Theft >$50 <$500- $300 Bond
- 4 traffic warrants- $1,231.70 Fine
Edgar Martinez (26) of the 1100 block of Tiffany, Canutillo, TX
Charge:
- Theft >$50 <$500- $300 Bond
Rodolfo Arce (35) of the 200 block of Danny Boy, Canutillo, TX
Charge:
- Probation Violation (Sex Offenders Duty to Register Life / Annually)- **NOBOND**
Rolando Alvarado (51) of the 8100 block of Kiely, Vinton, TX
Charge:
- Deceptive Trade Practice- $2,500 Bond
Jorge Hernandez (40) of the 300 block of Gold, Vinton, TX
Charges:
- 2 traffic warrants- $1,258.00 Fine

- 2 counts - Assault causing bodily injury (Family violence)- $5,000 total Bond
