INFORMATION:
Late Thursday 07-24-08 at 7:00 PM Sheriff Deputies from the Special Traffic Investigations Unit charged the 2nd subject involved in Tuesdays Fatal accident -Driver of the Ford Focus. He was identified as Jose Aaron Garcia (20) of the 700 block of Alamo in Fabens, TX.

Charge: Racing on a highway causing serious bodily injury or death- a 2nd degree Felony - $75,000 Bond
Garcia suffered a broken right leg & right arm in the accident. He was released from a local hospital & remains at the El Paso County Detention Facility.
