WANTED FUGITIVE: JESUS LAZCANO

FUGITIVE INFORMATION:
NAME: JESUS LAZCANO (also known as Ricardo Vasquez)
DOB: 04-03-1960
HEIGHT: 5’05”
WEIGHT: 155 lbs.
TATTOO: TATTOO ON BACK (GRIM REAPER ON DRAGON W/ WINGS)
CHARGE: AGGRAVATED SEXUAL ASSAULT (CHILD)-$60,000 Bond
THE MANHUNT IS ON FOR JESUS LAZCANO
BACKGROUND:
Several years ago, Lazcano began fondling & inappropriately touching a young girl when she was 4 years old. The abuse continued for 2 years until the girl was 6. In recent years, the Victim (who will not be identified) came forward to make her outcry.
Sheriff’s Detectives have issued out an ARREST WARRANT for the apprehension of Jesus Lazcano. The charge is AGGRAVATED SEXUAL ASSAULT (CHILD) with a $60,000 BOND.
Lazcano is known to work as a carpenter. He was last seen in the San Elizario, TX several months ago. He had been deported to Mexico in May 2006. He was born in Chihuahua, MX.
***Recent information received indicates Lazcano is back in the U.S. & has been spotted hanging out around the San Elizario, TX area.***
Lazcano has an extensive arrest record which include; Evading Arrest or Detention, 3 arrests for DWI, & Illegal Entry (to U.S.)
Anyone who knows the whereabouts or has seen Jesus Lazcano or other fugitives featured on “MANHUNT MONDAY” is urged to call the Sheriff’s Office at 546-2280 or Crime Stoppers of El Paso at 566-TIPS (8477). Callers may remain anonymous & may be eligible for a reward if the information provided leads to the apprehension of the individuals featured.
Due to the recent success of Captured Fugitives listed on Crime Stoppers of El Paso "Most Wanted"-The El Paso County Sheriff's Office has initiated "MANHUNT MONDAY" which will feature one WANTED FUGITIVE every Monday.
"The subjects featured will be individuals who have been eluding capture in which the cold trail has grown warm"-"All cases will be featured on new found information or leads that are 48 hrs to 7 days old"- said Deputy Jesse Tovar- SHERIFF'S OFFICE PIO.
