INFORMATION:

Sheriff Badge black backOn Tuesday, October 21st, 2008 during the early morning hours, the EL PASO COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE WARRANTS SECTION - PATROL DIVISION / DPS STATE TROOPERS & the U.S. MARSHALS SERVICE in coordination with the COUNTY ATTORNEYS OFFICE initiated a "HOT CHECK" warrant round-up Operation. A total of 14 individuals with outstanding THEFT BY CHECK warrants were apprehended. 

"ANYONE WHO HAS AN OUTSTANDING THEFT BY CHECK WARRANT, MY ADVICE WOULD BE TO TURN YOURSELVES IN OR WE ARE COMING AFTER YOU, IT DOES NOT MATTER IF WE HAVE TO ARREST YOU AT YOUR HOMES OR PLACE OF EMPLOYEMENT- WE WILL FIND & ARREST YOU"-said SHERIFF JIMMY APODACA

Among the individuals arrested were:
