BERNAL is wanted for a multiple felony offenses stemming from an AGGRAVATED SEXUAL ASSAULT CHARGE OF A CHILD back in June 2000. In 2002, BERNAL violated the terms of his probation. As of 2003, BERNAL has absconded from the El Paso Parole Office & his whereabouts remained unknown.
NEW INFORMATION RECEIVED INDICATES BERNAL MIGHT BE ONCE AGAIN FREQUENTING THE SUN CITY AS HE CONTIUES TO ELUDE CAPTURE.
BERNAL is originally from San Jose California, has family in Los Angeles, California & has numerous contacts in El Paso, TX.
