BACKGROUND:

EL PASO,TXLate Friday night 01-02-09 at 11:45 PM, Sheriff Deputies along with Officials from the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) conducted an inspection at  the "D-Club" located at 12821 Montana El Paso, TX where a “Rave” was said to be taking place.

Deputies found a large amount of patrons with no form of positive identification to prove age. Deputies issued a total of 64 Curfew violation citations to patrons found to be younger than 17 and inside the establishment with no parent or guardian. An additional 9 juveniles were also cited for consumption of alcohol by a minor which are issued when any detectable amount of alcohol is found on anyone under the age of 21.

TABC agents also issued multiple citations for violations they encountered. TABC will continue with an administrative investigation.
