WESTWAY, TEXAS- Sunday night 03-08-09 at about 8:15 PM, Sheriff Deputies received an anonymous tip on the whereabouts of a subject listed on the CRIMESTOPPERS "MOST WANTED" list. The tip led Deputies to a residence located in the 800 block of Coach in Westway, TX. Deputies knocked on the door & were met by wanted subject XAVIER RODRIGUEZ (25). Fugitive RODRIGUEZ immediately surrendered to authorities & was taken into custody without incident.

XAVIER RODRIGUEZ (25) was wanted on an outstanding criminal warrant for BURGLARY OF BUILDING. RODRIGUEZ was booked & remains at the El Paso County Detention Facility.

RODRIGUEZ of the 800 block of Coach Westway, TX- was just featured as one of Crime Stoppers of El Paso's  "Most Wanted" in the Sunday, March 8, 2009 Edition of the El Paso Times.
