The Manhunt is on for ARMANDO FRAIRE.
FRIARE is wanted for the OFFENSE of:
MOTION TO REVOKE PROBATION ( DWI 3rd OR MORE ARRESTS) – **NO BOND**
JANUARY 2009- The 409th District court has issued an arrest warrant for ARMANDO FRAIRE. FRAIRE is wanted for failing to comply with the terms of his probation over several DWI arrests in recent years.
FRAIRE had previously been working for cash payment only jobs so his whereabouts could not be tracked.
FRAIRE knows he is wanted & has previously stated that Law Enforcement “WILL NOT CATCH HIM” as he continues on the run eluding capture.
New information received indicates FRAIRE remains in our area & frequently keeps moving from friends & family members homes every 4-6 hours hiding from authorities.
Anyone who knows the whereabouts or has seen ARMANDO FRAIRE or other fugitives featured on “MANHUNT MONDAY” is urged to call Crime Stoppers of El Paso at 566-TIPS (8477). Callers will remain anonymous & may be eligible for a reward if the information provided leads to the apprehension of the individuals featured.
