WHERE: 6694 Doniphan Canutillo, TX – IMPORT AUTO SALVAGE

WHY: ARRESTS MADE

copandrobberCANUTILLO,TX-  Sunday morning 03-29-09 at 10:45 AM, Deputies were dispatched to Import Auto Salvage located at 6694 Doniphan Canutillo, TX in reference to theft in progress. Deputies arrived a short time later & were directed to the whereabouts of 3 suspicious subjects inside the property. Deputies jumped the front gate & walked towards the rear of the salvage yard where they located three subjects standing in an open area of the property. Deputies immediately detained all 3 subjects for further questioning. Deputies met with the property owner who stated the subjects did not have his effective consent to trespass onto his business / property.

Further investigation reveals, the subjects jumped over the fence & were apparently in the process on taking vehicle parts until responding Deputies foiled their plot. All 3 subjects were arrested for CRIMINAL TRESPASS.

CHARGE: CRIMINAL TRESPASS - $2,500 BOND
