WHERE: 11300 Rojas El Paso, TX

WHY: ARREST MADE

copandrobberEL PASO,TX- Earlier this week at about 4:20 PM, a Sheriff’s Deputy conducted a traffic stop on a late model Chevrolet Tahoe at about the 11300 block of Rojas El Paso, TX. The reason for the stop was a moving traffic violation. A subsequent search of the vehicle revealed approximately 100 pounds of marijuana and $18,000 in United States currency.

A male subject was taken into the custody and the vehicle was seized. The individual was later processed & booked at the El Paso County Detention Facility.

The identity of person arrested will not be release at this time as the investigation continues.

NO FURTHER INFORMATION WILL BE RELEASED AT THIS TIME.
