EVENT:  “D CLUB” EMPLOYEES BUSTED / CLUB CLOSED EARLY AFTER STING OPERATION

RESULT:  UPDATE – IDENTITIES OF THOSE  ARRESTED RELEASED

NewBCIwhiteEAST EL PASO COUNTYLate Friday night 05-01-09 thru early Saturday morning 05-02-09, Sheriff’s Officials assigned to the Special Operations- BORDER CRIME INITIATIVE in coordination with the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) & Patrol Deputies TABC 2conducted a Sting Operation at the "D" Club located at 12821 Montana El Paso County. TX. A total of 5 people were arrested (which included an employee selling narcotics): 4 were arrested for possession of a controlled substance (Ecstacy) and 1 was arrested for possession of a controlled substance (Cocaine). TABC closed down the club at 1:30 AM as a result of an employee selling narcotics. The club once again received an Administrative citation & will remain under investigation.

CHARGE: Possession of Controlled Substance (2.5 grams of esctasy)-  $3,000 bond

SAUL MARTINEZ  (19)

 FRANKESLY CALDERON (22)

  CHARGE: Possession of Controlled Substance (cocaine)- $3,000 bond

 OSWALDO SEPULVEDA (19)

SEPULVEDA, OSWALDO

CHARGE: Delivery Controlled Substance  (.8 grams of esctasy)- $3,000 bond

A 16 year-old JUVENILE was arrested for Delivery Controlled Substance (.8 grams of esctasy) – JUVENILE was released to the custody of his parents- Identity will not be released.

(NOTE: INDIVIDUALS ARRESTED / SHOWN ABOVE ARE PRESUMED INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY IN A COURT OF LAW)

AN INVESTIGATION CONTINUES.
