AYALA is wanted for the OFFENSE of:
INDECENCY WITH A CHILD (SEXUAL CONTACT) - $50,000 BOND
EL PASO, TX- November 2008, a 10 year-old girl child makes an outcry to her mother that her stepfather had been sexually molesting her. Further investigation revealed the 10 year-old had been sexually abused by her stepfather REFUGIO AYALA on at least 3 separate occasions dating back to August 2008. AYALA had been inappropriately touching the 10 year-old Victim over and under her clothing and in at least one occasion made her touch the his crotch area.
A warrant of arrest has been issued for the apprehension of REFUGIO AYALA.
AYALA know he is wanted & is currently on the run as he continues to elude capture.
If anyone has seen or knows the whereabouts of REFUGIO AYALA they are urged to call Crime Stoppers of El Paso at 566-TIPS (8477). Callers will remain anonymous & may be eligible for a reward if the information provided leads to the apprehension of the individuals featured.
