ARLINGTON, TX: SHERIFF’S OFFICE REPRESENTED AT SPECIAL OLYIMPICS TORCH RUN – MAY 2009
ARLINGTON, TX – Late May 2009, El Paso County Sheriff’s Office Personnel participated in the Special Olympics Torch Run in Arlington, TX. EPCSO runners each ran a total of 33 miles. CID Commander Paul Cross met up with the runners in Arlington and joined the team in running the last mile into the stadium. Commander Cross also represented the SO in helping light the Special Olympic Torch at the games and was assisted by a Special Olympics athlete.
