EL PASO, TEXAS- On Friday morning 07-10-09 at 10:00 AM, the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office will be hosting a Press Conference at the El Paso County Detention Facility (1st floor) located at 601 E. Overland El Paso, TX 79901. The Press Conference will be regarding the upcoming Criminal Warrant round up to take place July 20th, 2009.
A highlight of what is to be announced at the press conference is the unveiling of the SHERIFF’S OFFICE TOP 10 MOST WANTED FUGITIVES. The El Paso County Sheriff’s
Office, in cooperation with the El Paso County Constables, are working to reduce the large number of criminal warrants in El Paso County. The Criminal Warrant List will be be published this Sunday July 12, 2009 in the El Paso Times & El Diario De El Paso.
The Criminal list is accurate up to the date it was compiled. There may be individuals who are still on this list or have not been added to the list because actions took place since the date the list was compiled. If you believe that your name appears on this list incorrectly, please contact the Sheriff’s Office. 
On July 20, 2009, a Warrant Roundup will begin by members of the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office and El Paso County Constables for both Traffic & Criminal Warrants. If individuals are on this list and wish to avoid being arrested at your home or place of business, contact the Sheriff’s Office at 546-2214.
Members of the public who know the whereabouts of an individual listed with a Criminal Warrant should not approach the individual, but call Crime Stoppers at 915-566-TIPS (8477).
Several of the individuals wanted for criminal offenses have been previously featured as Crime Stoppers of El Paso MOST WANTED & MANHUNT MONDAY Fugitives.
All individuals listed on the list are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
