handcuffsEL PASO COUNTY, TXEarly Tuesday morning 08-11-09 at approximately 1:30 AM, Sheriff’s Office Dispatch Operators received an anonymous tip on the whereabouts of a WANTED FUGITIVE previously featured on MANHUNT MONDAY (March 2009) & was also on the  Crime Stoppers of El Paso Most Wanted list.

The tip led Deputies to a residence in the 15000 block of Jack rabbit in East El Paso County, TX where fugitive ARMANDO FRAIRE (39) was said to be. Deputies had been looking for FRAIRE for quite some time. FRAIRE was always a step ahead of authorities & managed to elude capture on numerous occasions. Deputies arrived at the residence & set a perimeter around the property. Deputies located FRAIRE passed out drunk in the back porch of the home. FRAIRE awoke & was startled to find Sheriff’s Deputies standing right next to him. He was taken into custody without incident.

ARMANDO FRAIRE (39) was wanted for various offenses which included;

  • CRIMINAL NON-SUPPORT – **NO BOND**
  • MOTION TO REVOKE PROBATION ( DWI 3rd OR MORE ARRESTS) – **NO BOND**
  • FRAIRE’s arrest marked the 4th MANHUNT MONDAY FUGITIVE CAPTURED in the last 20 DAYS.
