DELGADO is wanted for the OFFENSE of:
MANUFACTURING / DELIVERY OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (COCAINE) - $100,000 BOND
EL PASO, TX JULY 2008- On Thursday 07-10-08 FABIAN DELGADO was stopped at the 10500 Block of Alameda, El Paso County Texas by Sheriff’s Deputies on a traffic violation. As Deputies made contact with DELGADO, he began acting very nervous & was evasive of questions asked of him - refusing to make eye contact with Deputies. DELGADO was arrested for 5 outstanding traffic warrants. While Sheriff’s Deputies conducted a search of DELGADO’s vehicle, they found large amounts of drug paraphernalia (scales/baggies). Deputies also discovered 13 grams of cocaine hidden in a dashboard compartment. DELGADO was also charged and booked with POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE.
DELGADO bonded out a short time later & has failed to appear in court on said charge, which the court has now issued the warrant mentioned. DELGADO disappeared never to be seen or heard from again- until recently where he was spotted in the Socorro, TX area.
DELGADO knows he is wanted & continues to elude capture. DELGADO remains in the borderland hiding from authorities.
Sheriff’s Officials are asking the Public if anyone has seen or knows the whereabouts of FABIAN DELGADO they are urged to call Crime Stoppers of El Paso at 566-TIPS (8477). Callers will remain anonymous & may be eligible for a reward if the information provided leads to the apprehension of the individuals featured.
