GARCIA is wanted for the OFFENSE of:

UNAUTHORIZED ABSENCE FROM COMMUNITY CORRECTION FACILITY –  $15,000 BOND

DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED (3rd or more)-  **NO BOND**

EL PASO, TEXAS- This week’s Manhunt Monday Fugitive is an individual who on July 22, 2009- failed to report at a Halfway House located at 1700 Horizon, El Paso County, TX. The suspect at-large is identified as DAVID GARCIA- he left the Halfway house on said date looking for employment & failed to return and has since then absconded. A warrant for GARCIA has been issued for Unauthorized Absence from Community Correction Facility. GARCIA was originally mandated to report to the Halfway house for a Felony Driving While Intoxicated (3rd or more) charge.

GARCIA has a history of narcotics (heroin). He knows he is wanted & is believed to remain in the borderland eluding capture hiding with friends or family who live in the area.

  Anyone with information on the whereabouts or has seen DAVID GARCIA is urged to call Crime Stoppers of El Paso at 566-TIPS (8477). Callers will remain anonymous & may be eligible for a reward if the information provided leads to the apprehension of the individuals featured.
