RIVAS is wanted for the OFFENSES of:
POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA- $50,000 BOND
EVADING ARREST- $20,000 BOND
EL PASO COUNTY, TX– This week’s MANHUNT MONDAY Most Wanted Fugitive is an individual wanted for fleeing on authorities as a narcotic warrant was being executed at a residence in far east El Paso County, TX.
On December 16, 2009, Sheriff’s Officials were executing a narcotic warrant at a residence near Horizon in far east El Paso County, TX. As a result of the bust, 7 individuals were arrested & over 100 lbs. of marijuana were seized. As authorities approached the residence, 1 lone individual fled the residence managing to elude capture. The subject has been identified as ADRIAN RIVAS (28).
RIVAS now has two outstanding criminal warrants for his arrest for the offenses of POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA & EVADING DETENTION with a $70,000.00 Total Bond. It is believed ADRIAN RIVAS remains in the Borderland hiding with relatives or friends. RIVAS works in construction and has several contacts in the El Paso, TX area.
RIVAS is the big brother of two other subjects who have been previously been featured on MANHUNT MONDAY. They are identified as:
