The Manhunt continues for ERIC ISAAC DOMINGUEZ.

DOMINGUEZ is wanted for the OFFENSE of:

ENGAGING IN ORGANIZED CRIMINAL ACTIVITY- $12,000 BOND

EL PASO COUNTY, TX– This week’s MANHUNT MONDAY Most Wanted Fugitive is an individual wanted for an Aggravated Assault which took place on December 30, 2009. He has been identified as ERIC ISAAC DOMINGUEZ(20) of Canutillo, TX.

On 12-30-2009 at 11:40 PM Deputies were dispatched to the area of La Mesa and Fourth Street Canutillo in El Paso County, TX reference to a fight in progress. Deputies arrived moments later and met with a Hispanic male who told authorities he had just been assaulted by 3 of his friends who struck him on the head with a rock & assaulted him with a tire iron. The Victim told Deputies he tried to get into his vehicle & leave but the subjects shattered the windows to his vehicle using large rocks. The Victim stated that the subjects told him he was “jumped” because he was too old to hang out with them. Deputies arrested only 1 of the 3 assailants that night. He was identified as SERGIO GONZALEZ (19) of the 100 block of Brooks Canutillo, TX.

Charges were filed against the other 2 assailants a short time later. They were identified as ERIC ISAAC DOMINGUEZ (20) of the 6000 block of 3^rd St Canutillo, TX & FERNANDO LOPEZ (19) of the 7000 block of Fourth St Canutillo, TX 79835.

Early this past Saturday morning 02-06-10 at 2:00 AM, Sheriff’s Deputies arrested FERNANDO LOPEZ at his home without incident. ERIC DOMINGUEZ now remains the lone wanted subject eluding capture. All subjects are confirmed “Canuto Gang Members”.

FERNANDO LOPEZ (19) CHARGE: ENGAGING IN ORGANIZED CRIMINAL ACTIVITY- $12,000 BOND

Authorities have been hot on the trail of DOMINGUEZ who is believed to remain in the Borderland hiding with friends & relatives.

Sheriff’s Investigators are asking the public - if anyone has seen or has any information on the whereabouts of ERIC ISAAC DOMINGUEZ to please contact the Sheriff’s Office (915) 546-2280 or Crime Stoppers of El Paso at 566-TIPS (8477). Callers will remain anonymous & may be eligible for a reward if the information provided leads to the apprehension of the individuals featured.
