HAIR: Brown EYES: Brown  BUILD: Medium COMPLEXION: Medium PLACE OF BIRTH: Melbourne, Florida TATTOO: Left Part of Chest-  ”Luz” / ”Ofelia” Upper Left Arm: Tribal / “Z” Back: Stars / “Texas Made” / “Florida Born”

CHARGES POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA o/5 lbs. u/50 lbs- $10,000 BOND POSSESSION W/ INTENT TO MANUFACTURE CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE o/4 grams u/ 200 grams- $20,000 BOND

EL PASO, TEXAS– This week’s MANHUNT MONDAY Most Wanted Fugitive is an individual in connection with a Drug Lab (GROW HOUSE) that was discovered at a residence in west El Paso, TX earlier this month. The target is MICHAEL ARSENAULT (20) of El Paso, TX.

On Friday 04-09-10 at about 12:00 PM, the El Paso County Sheriff's Office was  investigating reports of suspicious activity at a Westside residence located at 6901 Imperial Ridge in El Paso Texas. Further investigation & a subsequent search revealed that the residence was being used to grow marijuana and mushrooms (psilocybin). The residence is approximately 2 blocks from Franklin High School & Hornedo Middle / Franklin Freshman School. ARSENAULT was renting out the home along with accomplice OSCAR ROSALES (20) who turned himself in last week 04/21 - both of the Suspects names were on the lease but all utilities were under ROSALES (click here for more info…).

Sheriff’s Officials have given ARSENAULT opportunities to turn himself in but he has refused. Detectives have continued to look for ARSENAULT but have been unable to locate him. ARSENAULT remains at large hiding with family & friends eluding capture. 

Sheriff’s Office Investigators are asking the public - if anyone has seen or has any information on the whereabouts of MICHAEL ARSENAULT (20) to please contact the Sheriff’s Office (915) 546-2280 or Crime Stoppers of El Paso at 566-TIPS (8477). Callers will remain anonymous & may be eligible for a reward if the information provided leads to the apprehension of the individuals featured.
