EL PASO, TEXAS– This week’s MANHUNT MONDAY Most Wanted Fugitive is wanted for threatening his own family. The target is JAVIER IVAN MADRID (29) of Fabens, TX.
APRIL 2010- On April 2, 2010, El Paso County Sheriff’s Deputies were dispatched to an apartment complex in Fabens, Texas in reference to a family dispute. Deputies arrived and met with the Victim / Reporter who told authorities that her ex-boyfriend identified as JAVIER IVAN MADRID threatened her life & the lives of her family. Deputies searched the area for MADRID but were unable to locate him. A warrant has now been issued for his arrest for the offense of TERRORISTIC THREAT.
MADRID is wanted by the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office for an unrelated 2001 AGGRAVATED SEXUAL ASSAULT case. MADRID is said to remain in the Borderland hiding with family & friends eluding capture. A warning to the general public: MADRID is to be considered ARMED & DANGEROUS.
Sheriff’s Officials are asking the public - if anyone has seen or has any information on the whereabouts of JAVIER IVAN MADRID to please contact the Sheriff’s Office (915) 546-2280 or Crime Stoppers of El Paso at 566-TIPS (8477). Callers will remain anonymous & may be eligible for a reward if the information provided leads to the apprehension of the individuals featured.
