DECEMBER 2009: This past December 27, 2009, at 12:30am, LOZOYA led EPPD Officers on a vehicle & foot pursuit in the eastside of El Paso, TX. During the foot chase LOZOYA dropped a 45 caliber handgun on the ground. It was LOZOYA’s lucky night as he was able to elude capture on that occasion.
