EL PASO, TX-On 11-02-12 between 10:20 PM and 11:00 PM, El Paso County Sheriff’s Office Strike Team members struck again and arrested several subjects on three separate narcotics cases.
Strike Team Deputies and Detectives arrested one of three females detained at the 200 block of Padres Dr. (parking lot), El Paso County, TX, after they observed what appeared to be a narcotics transaction take place. Lorena Rocha was charged with Possession of Marijuana under 2 ounces. The remaining two females were turned over to the El Paso Police Department for outstanding multiple traffic warrants.

CHARGE: POM U/2 OUNCES / BOND: $500
Approximately 10 minutes later, Strike Team Deputies saw a vehicle return to the same parking lot that was seen involved in the previous narcotics transaction. The driver was also detained and identified as Crystal Ramirez. Ramirez was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance under 1 gram.

CHARGE: Possession of C/S PG 1 u/1 gram
Strike Team Deputies/Detectives also arrested Matthew Elicerio on a different case after Strike Team members received information of narcotics activity at the 8700 block of Cathedral. During a search of the residence, marijuana was located along with three firearms. Further investigation revealed two of the three firearms were reported stolen. One firearm was reported stolen as of 1998 and another was reported stolen since 2010. The investigation continues.
