On Thursday, November 8th, 2012, approximately 9:30 PM, two men in disguises and displaying knives walked into the Family Dollar store at 399 OT Smith Road in Tornillo, Texas. Suspect 1 was wearing a skeleton mask, and suspect 2 wore a red bandana covering his nose and mouth. Each grabbed an employee at knifepoint and approached the manager, yelling and cussing to give them money from the cash register. The money was put in a plastic bag, and the suspects ran out of the store.

A witness to the offense saw them in what appeared to be a brown Ford Taurus with Texas license plates speeding off and turning right on 4th Street and then right on Drake. Sheriff’s Office investigators found a significant amount of money on the side of the road in the 19,100 block of Highland. Suspect 1 is approximately 6’ tall, thin build, and was wearing the skeleton mask, a black hoodie and black jeans. Suspect 2 is approximately 5’8”, medium build, and was wearing a red bandanna, black shirt and white shorts with two white stripes on the legs.
