EL PASO TEXAS- On 08-09-13 a approximately 1:20 AM, a Sheriff’s Deputy patrolling the Montana Vista area in El Paso County Texas, conducted a traffic stop on a red vehicle that disregarded a stop sign at the intersection of Asencion St. and Greg Dr.  The vehicle, a red Mazda Protégé, was occupied by (4) males with the driver appearing very nervous.  A consent to search the vehicle was obtained as the Deputy detected the smell of burnt marijuana emitting from the said vehicle.  During the search of the vehicle, the Deputy located (24) tablets believed to be Hydrocodone inside a cigarette box underneath a passenger seat.  Further investigation revealed the right rear passenger identified as Bryan Ramos claimed ownership of the pills.  Ramos was placed under arrest for Possession of  Dangerous Drug.
