On 06-09-14 at about 3:00am Sheriff’s Office Deputies were dispatched to the Flying J Truck Stop located at 1301 Horizon Blvd. in reference to subjects with a gun. An off-duty Border Patrol Agent who was fueling, witnessed three subjects walking through the parking lot with what appeared to be an automatic rifle. The subjects were seen pointing the rifle at parked vehicles and towards the Flying J building. Once deputies arrived, the three subjects fled towards a residential area nearby. Deputies conducted a search and located two out of the three subjects. The third subject was not located. A paint ball gun resembling an automatic rifle was recovered not far from where the subjects were located.
