EPCSO DETENTION OFFICERS AND DEPUTIES PARTICIPATE IN 2016 ARIZONA POLICE AND FIRE GAMES

El Paso County Sheriff’s Office very own Deputy Andrew Morales,(coach) Detention Officer Roberto Estorga and Detention Officer Hector Rodriguez participated in this year’s 2016 Arizona Police and Fire Games held in Scottsdale, Arizona. The event had participants from various law enforcement agencies from Arizona, California, Texas and New Mexico.

Deputy Andrew Morales,(coach) and Detention Officers Roberto Estorga and Hector Rodriguez were part of the El Paso Heat team and took on the Oakland Police Department in a basketball showdown. The El Paso Heat took the win and brought back to El Paso and the El Paso County Sheriff's Office a Gold Medal.

The Arizona Police and Fire Games are hosted by the Scottsdale Police Department, law enforcement agencies compete in the following categories: Basketball, Softball, Soccer, Football, Golf, CrossFit, Combat Pistol, and Powerlifting.
