EPCSO ARRESTS MOST WANTED SUBJECT

El Paso, Texas – El Paso County Sheriff’s Office deputies assigned to the Criminal Warrants and Fugitive Apprehension Section arrested a “Most Wanted” subject in Northeast El Paso on Wednesday, February 7, 2018.

Sheriff’s Office deputies made contact with a subject at a convenience store located on the 5000 block of Sean Haggerty. Deputies recognized the subject after he was featured on the “Most Wanted,” list. Deputies asked the subject for proof of identification the subject provided them with a false identity.

As deputies attempted to confirm his identity, the subject fled from deputies on foot into the nearby desert area where he was subsequently caught and placed under arrest.

Dante Bazan 23, was booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility on an outstanding warrant for Poss CS PG 1>4G<200G, Evading Arrest or Detention and Fail to Identify Fugitive Intent to Give False Info.

Bazan was previously featured as WANTED by the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office with Crime Stoppers of El Paso.
