El Paso, TX – The El Paso County Sheriff's Office is requesting assistance from the community in locating Robert John Barela.

On September 21, 2020, Barela absconded from the El Paso Multi-Use Facility located at 1700 Horizon Blvd. He was allowed a pass to the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office but never returned to the facility and his whereabouts are now unknown.

Barela is now wanted on a Parole Violation. His sex offense is for Online Solicitation of a Minor, the victim being a 14-year-old female, and is currently on parole for Sex Offenders Duty to Register.

MISSING JUVENILE – SALDANA, IRIS DOMINIQUE

The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the assistance of the El Paso County community in locating the following missing person.

16-year-old Iris Dominique Saldana ran away from her residence located on the 3800 block of Buntline Dr. on September 9, 2020. She is 5’0” tall, approximately 100 pounds with long black hair, and brown eyes and was last seen wearing orange pants and a red sweatshirt.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Iris Dominique Saldana is asked to contact the Sheriff’s Office at 915-832-4408 or 9-1-1.

Brianna Delgado was located by DPS and local law agencies in the Dallas/ Ft. Worth area and she was reunited safely with family as of September 24, 2020.

The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the assistance of the El Paso County community in locating the following missing person.

On the evening of September 12, 2020, 13-year-old Brianna Nohemi Morales left her residence in East El Paso County without her parents’ consent. Her whereabouts since that day are unknown. The juvenile has family ties in Dallas, Texas, although it is unknown if she’s made contact or attempted to travel to Dallas.

El Paso, TX – On September 10, 2020, El Paso County Sheriff’s Office deputies assigned to the East Montana Patrol Station arrested one individual following a theft investigation.

Just after 1:00 am., Deputies made contact with a suspicious subject outside of a business located on the 12800 block of Montana Ave. The subject claimed to be working on his vehicle, but further investigation determined that the subject entered the salvage yard without the owner’s consent and removed various car parts.

Christopher Chappell, age 27, was taken into custody and booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility for Theft Prop <$2,500 2/more Prev. Conv.

El Paso, TX – On September 9, 2020, the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Warrants and Fugitive Apprehension Unit located and arrested a most wanted individual in Northeast El Paso.

Deputies conducted an investigation that led to the arrest of Erika Marie Wilcox, age 40. Wilcox was located at a bus station on the 9100 block of Dyer St., she was taken into custody and booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility on outstanding warrants for Burglary of Habitation, Escape While Arrested/Confined, Assault Int/Reck Breath/Circulation Family Member w/Previous Conviction and three counts of Assault Family Violence Prev Conv.

El Paso, TX – On September 9, 2020, the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Warrants and Fugitive Apprehension Unit located and arrested a most wanted individual in West El Paso.  

Following information received deputies, located Giovanni Cruz, age 21, at a residence located on the 200 block of Wallington Dr. Cruz was taken into custody and booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility on 15 counts of Possession of Child Pornography.

WANTED SEX OFFENDER – MITCHELL, DANIEL JOSEPH

El Paso, TX – The El Paso County Sheriff's Office is requesting assistance from the community in locating Daniel Joseph Mitchell.

On September 08, 2020, Daniel Joseph Mitchell was released from the Huntsville TDCJ Unit in Huntsville, Texas, and was scheduled to arrive in El Paso, Texas, the same day. Upon his arrival, he was to notify TDCJ Parole and report to the Halfway House located at 1650 Horizon.

Mitchell never arrived and a parole violation warrant was issued. He is currently on Parole for Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration and is a registered sex offender for the offense of Indecency with a Child/Contact out of the State of Texas, the victim being a 14-year-old female.

El Paso, TX On September 2, 2020, El Paso County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested a wanted individual in west El Paso County.

Following information received on the possible location of Victor Ruben Lemus, deputies conducted an investigation and located Lemus at a business located in the 5200 block of N. Mesa.

Lemus was taken into custody and booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility on a probation violation for Possession of Controlled Substance PG 1 >=4G<200G with no bond.

Gael Martinez was located by the Dallas Police Department last week in the Dallas/ Ft. Worth area and he was reunited safely with family.

The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the assistance of the El Paso County community in locating the following missing person.

16-year-old Gael Martinez was last heard from August 21, 2020, he notified his father via text message that he wanted to leave El Paso County and return to Dallas, Texas. The juvenile’s mother resides in Dallas, Texas. He was last seen wearing blue Nike short-sleeve shirt, blue jeans, beige baseball hat, and white Nike shoes.
