RELEASE: MISSING PERSON - RIVAS, JOSE CRUZ

The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the assistance of the El Paso County community in locating the following missing person. On May 20, 2021, Sheriff’s Office deputies assigned to the Crisis Intervention Unit were dispatched to a residence on the 1600 block of Fitzroy Dr. in Clint, Texas.

Jose Rivas was subsequently transported to a local area hospital for further evaluation and treatment. On May 21, 2021, Rivas was released from the hospital and his whereabouts are unknown.  He is 5’10’, approximately 140 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes, he was last seen wearing brown khaki pants, a white t-shirt, and black Nike shoes. He also has tattoos on his neck, chest, back, and left and right arms.
