BIRTH AND DEATH RECORDS
The County Clerk’s Northeast and Ysleta Annex offices will be opened on a walk-in basis to issue out Birth and Death Records
Birth and Death Record Application Process:
 Fill Out Application All appicants must identify the requested record by filling out the Application for Birth or Death Record at the County Clerk's Office. |
 Present Valid ID Applicant must present valid identification - see Texas Administrative Code Section 181.28(i)(10)(11) |
 Online Request You may order a certified copy of a birth or death certificate through:  |
 Documentation The same documentation requirements apply when requesting a copy of a death record. |

| Delayed Birth | $48.00 |
| Death Certificate - El Paso County | $21.00 |
| Additional Death Certificate | $4.00 |
