  • The Domestic Relations Office specializes in Family Law assistance and enforcement as authorized under chapters 202 and 203 of the Texas Family Code. We are funded by and answerable directly to the El Paso County Commissioners Court.

Many professionals in the mental health field consider the end of a relationship or marriage experience worse than losing a loved one to death. Many that go through the family law court system will admit to depression, anxiety, emotional stress, and other health difficulties.
