El Paso County Judge - Anthony Cobos
- Inauguration
El Paso County Judge Anthony Cobos was inaugurated on January 1, 2007. He was sworn in by the Honorable Angie Juarez-Barrill, Judge of the 346th District Court. Judge Cobos was elected by the people of El Paso County to be the presiding officer of the El Paso Commissioners Court. Judge Cobos represents all the people of El Paso County and looks forward to serving the people to the best of his ability throughout his time in office. 
Judge Cobos believes that it is important, first and foremost, to streamline county government in order to save the tax payers money. Additionally, he will work with other local leaders to improve education and opportunities for youth in our community. The County Judge's office is open to the public Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
