- The operations manager is responsible for the divisions listed below and for coordinating office operations with the Budget and Finance Manager. In the absence of the Budget and Finance Manager, responsibilities span to all divisions within the County Auditor's Office. Primary duties include oversight responsibilities over accounts payable, payroll activities and internal auditing of county operations to ensure efficiencies and proper controls for the safeguarding of the County's assets. Responsible for the operations of the county auditor's office in the absence of the County Auditor when so assigned by the Auditor.
