El Paso County Government is publishing an unclaimed property list as required by the Texas Property Code Sec. 76.201.
This property is money presumed to be abandoned as of March 1, 2022 and is subject to be claimed by the entitled party. Any person listed who believes they possess a legal or beneficial interest in this property must contact the El Paso County Auditor's Office at (915) 546-2040 or email Rgomez@epcounty.com to file a claim. The presumed owner must provide proof of the claim and be able to establish the right to receive the property..
