INVESTMENT POLICY
The investment policy establishes the rules and policies for the investment of funds held by the County in accordance with rules and regulations of Texas Government Code § 2256 Public Funds Investment Act, Texas Government Code § 2257 Collateral for Public Funds Act, Texas Government Code § 2270 Prohibition on Contracts with Companies Boycotting Israel, and Texas Local Government Code § 116 Depositories for Public Funds.
