  • The Criminal Courts Collections Division collects monies upon conviction or arranges payment plans for individuals who are found guilty of JP misdemeanor, felony and jury contempt cases by the El Paso County Courts.

  • Court costs, fines and attorney fees must be paid within a maximum of 90 days. The amount of the court cost are determined by the date of the offense. The length of the terms granted are determined by the defendants ability to pay.

  • Our mission is to increase the revenues paid to the county by collecting these cost and fines in an efficient and professional manner.
