Advertising at El Paso County Sportspark
Prospective Youth Sports Partner:
The new management staff at the El Paso County Sportspark would like to take this opportunity to offer our business neighbors the chance to participate in youth sports.
The 2004 Fall Season at the Sportspark is around the corner and with this season comes the opportunity for your business to be showcased at all or some of our fields. The Sportspark offers the unique chance for your business name to be seen by thousands of ballplayers, parents, coaches and spectators that come into the Sportspark. We currently have ten ball fields at the Sportspark. We would like to see your company logo on the outfield walls of these fields. Your logo or message can be seen over and over as a testament of your support of youth sports in El Paso.
The County Sportspark is committed to turning the park into the best ballpark in the area! We are excited at the prospect of more additions and modifications to our park, which will only enhance the possibilities for youth sports in El Paso and the surrounding areas. It would be nice to show all our visitors that the El Paso Business Community supports youth and youth sports 100%.
Along with your support, the staff at the Sportspark is also committed to increasing our efforts and services offered at the park. We intend to increase our efforts in the areas of programming (more baseball, more sand volleyball, more children's activities, more holiday celebrations, carnivals, educational clinics, music shows), which in turn will bring more exposure for your business.

$265 - 1 sign for one field
$240 - 2 signs (1 for two fields)
$215 - 3 signs (1 for three fields)
$165 - 4 signs (1 for four fields)
$100 - 10 signs (1 for each of 10 fields)
Outfield Fence (4' x 8')Sign
These signs give your company/organization the opportunity to advertise economically while still reaching a large target market. These signs are popular vehicles for any company/organization looking to increase its market presence. The signs are not only seen by fans at each scheduled game throughout the calendar year, but are also totally visible to many other people visiting the park, from throughout the City of El Paso during other scheduled special events, i.e., tournaments, clinics, children's programming, carnivals, etc, that are held at the County Sportspark throughout the year.
Specialty Signs - sizes vary: (4' x 8', 8' x 8' or 8' x 16')
These signs are displayed on the roof of each of the following large field dugouts at the park: AARON, CLEMENTE, RICHARD THOMAS & MAYS fields. These four fields allow maximum visibility by traffic areas along the main concourse as well as from fans, visitors, and patrons on the upper level of the ballpark.
The prices on the purchase of advertising space, by way of visible signage, ranges in from $265 for one sign for placement on one field to $100 each sign on the purchase of 10 signs, one for each of our ten ball fields.

Programming:
Baseball, Sand Volleyball, Men's Softball
The County Sportspark is now forming Sand Volleyball Co-ed Leagues. Cost is $80 per team 3/men & 3/women. League games are held Saturdays & Sundays, beginning mid-June 2004!
Men's Thursday Night Softball Leagues "C", "D", & "R" Summer Leagues registering now! Cost is $250 per team, plus umpires fee of $10 on the field. League games held Thursday Nights, beginning June 24, 2004, through summer 2004!
The Sportspark is registering kids ages 5-14 for the 2004 Fall Baseball Season!
