The County of El Paso Transportation Program includes various projects throughout the county aimed at reducing congestion, improving air quality and providing residents with greater mobility and quality of life. The program includes a series of projects funded through the additional $10 Vehicle Registration Fee, a fee adopted by the Commissioners Court in December 2013 which leverages the funds through collaborative partnerships with the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) and the Camino Real Regional Mobility Authority (CRRMA).
