- Commander Wisneski
 Commander Wendy Wisneski (Detention Division-Jail Annex) Graduated from Alexander M Patch American High School, Patch Barracks, Stuttgart Germany in 1986. She attended the Pennsylvania State University which later moved to El Paso (Ft Bliss) in 1988. She graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso in 1992 (BS Liberal Arts - Criminal Justice).- In January 1994 Ms. Wisneski began career with El Paso County Sheriff's Department as Detention Officer.
- In 1997 was promoted to Floor Control Officer (Corporal); 2001 promoted to Sergeant; 2007 promoted to Lieutenant; 2009 promoted by Sheriff Richard Wiles to Commander of the Downtown Detention Facility.
- She has being a TCLEOSE Instructor and has her Master Jailer License. Sheriff's Citation for work on ACA.
