  • Letter from Rea Torres (wife)
  • During this time of great loss, I am truly appreciative of all the support received from Michael's friends at the El Paso Sheriff's Office. You have been more than co-worker, I see all of you as his comrades and confidants; his brothers and sisters working together to make our city a safer place. Your tireless efforts in making this transition less worrisome for my family will not be forgotten. Michael will personally thank each and every one of you for all your time, love and encouragement during his battle. Know he will be watching over you and protecting you as much as he can to show his gratitude. I too thank you, for all you have done.
  • Sincerely,
  • Rea Torres and family
