West Texas Community Supervision and Corrections Department

The West Texas Community Supervision and Corrections Department (WTCSCD) provides probation and community corrections services to 18 District Courts, 7 County Courts-at-law, 2 County Criminal Courts, the Jail Magistrate Court and 2 County Courts in the region.
This region includes El Paso, Culberson and Hudspeth counties (map) - an area of more than 9,400 square miles with an offender population of 17,003 under supervision as of December 2007.
The WTCSCD consists of six divisions under the direction of Stephen L. Enders. Mr. Enders was appointed by the El Paso Council of Judges in March 1990.
