  • Provided as a sanction for the courts and a productive and helpful tool for the community, this program has over 500 offenders actively working in the community during any one month.

  • This program allows the offender to pay back the El Paso community by providing labor free of charge to various non-profit agencies, and special project sites such as graffiti wipe-out, Concordia Cemetery, R.E. Thomason, Parks & Recreation locations, and police substations.
