West Texas Community Supervision and Corrections Department

  • Responsible for, among other duties, the management of all court ordered payments, which include probation fees, fines, court costs, program costs and restitution payments. The Fiscal Section maintains property inventory for the department, working with the County of El Paso to provide the necessary supplies and equipment to department staff. Working closely with the department Director, the Fiscal Section provides regular reports to the County of El Paso, the Council of Judges, the Governor's Office, and the Texas Department of Criminal Justice-Community Justice Assistance Division. The West Texas CSCD Fiscal Section serves as an integral and strategic part of the department.
