  • Offering intensive supervision to offenders with high risk needs, this division of the WTCSCD offers supervision for gang members, sex offenders, mentally impaired clients, chronic drug abusers, and other high risk offenders. Supervision of offenders at this level includes frequent home and field contacts, regular office visits, and careful monitoring of the offender's progress and compliance with the programs ordered by the court.
