62.       Approve and authorize the request to accept BI Incorporated as the single source provider of the Juvenile Probation Department’s Electronic Monitoring service agency and further, approve and authorize the County Judge to sign the Extended Warranty and Support Services Agreement with BI Incorporated from October 1, 2007 to September 30, 2008.
